Whaaat?  Yes, this was drawn before any of the others.   In fact, it's not even that early a pic of Itsu.  Itsudemo is a cameo character from a Dragonball Z fanfic series.  Hence the style.  It's also why she gets to wear feathers, which usually  denote being a favorite of mine, and tend to be given to main characters.  It says something about Itsu that I just meant for her to be one of Oops'  miscellaneous friends, and she quickly becomes the most powerful person in the Yume universe.  It's just so her.
